ENVIRONMENT

Christmas is a time we think of children, whose future, more than anyone's, is inextricably linked to the well being of our planet. We are not scientists and would never try to preach, but the overwhelming majority of scientific opinion supports the view that human activity is affecting the Earth's climate.

Although we can't stop the effects of carbon emissions that have already taken place, we can think positively of fun ways to do "our bit" in helping reduce them in the future ............ Lapland UK!

Lapland UK's vision is to provide a high quality Lapland inspired Christmas experience for the discerning family here in the UK as an alternative to flying to Lapland, thus enabling children to have an enchanting Christmas day trip without generating those nasty flight carbon footprints.

We are proud of how our little idea is challenging travel convention for environmental benefit. As a company we are conscious of our own impact on the environment and will continue to support and implement green policies so that "Christmas really doesn't need to cost the Earth".

What are the carbon stats? Are they significant?
