We have sourced the very best of Britain to deliver this exceptional experience because we are a company that cherishes childhood and understand that families desire the very best childhood experiences for their children.

Is LaplandUK a theme park?

No. LaplandUK is a multi million pound premier Christmas event that is built each winter. When will my child's invitation arrive?

Parents, now it's your turn to play your part in creating the magic!
Your child's invitation will be sent in the same envelope as your entry ticket so it cannot be seen by small eyes! You need to deliver the invitation to your child when and how you feel the most magical - might they find it up the chimney, on their pillow, on the doorstep, in their playhouse etc?
Please note: If you have not received your children's invitation one week prior to your visit, please contact Customer Services.
For late bookings, invitations will be sent the same day by first class post. Please note that we cannot guarantee next day delivery, this is in the hands of the postal service.
The invitation is not needed to gain entry to LaplandUK and is purely a keepsake for your child to signal the start of their LaplandUK adventure.
The envelope will also include further visitor information on your LaplandUK visit.

Bookings are non refundable and non-transferable. For this reason we strongly recommend taking out the Ticket Insurance Policy offered by SEE Tickets at the time of booking.

How will our LaplandUK experience work?

Your visit to LaplandUK is a timed experience similar in protocol to a theatre production, so punctuality is essential.
Upon arrival each child will be issued with a passport containing a map and itinerary for the day.

Your personal itinerary will include visits to:

  • The Magical Pathway to LaplandUK
  • The Elves' Toy Factory
  • Mother Christmas' Kitchen
  • Father Christmas
  • The Village square 'ice rink'

During your free time you will also want to visit the Post Office, Father Christmas' reindeer, the Sámi exhibition, and perhaps enjoy a meal or refreshments in our Nordic restaurant (food not included in the ticket price).

NB: Unfortunately, failure to arrive on time for a timetabled activity will result in the loss of this session as we are unable to reschedule missed activities due to other customer bookings.

Kindly note, while every effort is made to make the skating as safe as possible, it is undertaken at your own risk.
