30% Reduction in tickets prices!
July 2010
Responding to customer feedback, we are excited to announce LaplandUK’s new lower ticket tariffs. Prices have been reduced by 30% by removing food from the inclusive ticket price and from operational savings now that the event will run for only 3 weeks from 4th-24th December.
A shorter event has limited our availability- so early booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment!
LaplandUK is delighted to announce that tickets for this year’s magical event will go on sale on July 26th at 10a.m.
The soldier's story
Dec 2009
We were all moved when we received a telegram from a soldier serving in Afghanistan asking Father Christmas to give his wife and son a special hug when they visited LaplandUK as it would be their first Christmas apart.
Inspired by this magic moment, LaplandUK invited 200 families of troops serving in Afghanistan to be our guests and receive special messages from their loved ones overseas delivered by Father Christmas himself. A magical day was enjoyed by all!
We wish all our brave troops and their families a merry Christmas.

The LaplandUK team (from left Abigail Tompsett, Mike Battle, Lisa Anderson, Trish Gambell, Sue Piper(Demelza House) and Alison Battle ) were privileged to be invited to Demelza House Children's Hospice in Sittingbourne, Kent to see first hand the excellent work the dedicated staff do to support hundreds of children with life threatening illnesses and their families in South East England. It was an inspiring and enlightening visit which strengthened our resolve to support this wonderful charity where we can.
To date LaplandUK has been proud to host a Demelza Charity Day in both 2007 and 2008 for over 100 children and their families to come and enjoy our winter wonderland and meet Father Christmas himself.
This year we are delighted to be able to support vital fundraising by providing LaplandUK tickets for charity auctions across the South East.
