All the dishes on our menu are prepared fresh daily, in the Lapland Kitchen, using premium quality produce, sourced locally wherever possible. We are conscious at all times of the provenance and sustainability of the ingredients we use, and are dedicated to our environmental responsibility.

Our Steak mince comes from beef cattle that is traditionally reared on lush West Country pastures and hung for a minimum of 28 days.
