At LaplandUK our aim is simple; to give all our visitors, both large and small, delicious food that is fresh, wholesome and most importantly safe to eat. So it makes sense to us to know where our food comes from. We are conscious at all times of the provenance and sustainability of the ingredients we use.
Devon Rose Farm
Our Steak mince comes from beef cattle that is traditionally reared on lush West Country pastures and hung for a minimum of 28 days.
Our Dry cured ham is cured using natural ingredients and is nitrate free.
Our Norfolk Gold turkeys are free range and naturally reared.

All our fruit, vegetables, dairy products and dry goods, are sourced from local farms in the Kent/Sussex area, with the exception of the cave aged Wookey Hole West Country Farmhouse Cheddar Cheese from Somerset.

Macaroni Cheese
Macaroni, cheddar, mozzarella, milk, cream, flour, salt, pepper, parmesan.
Red Lentil and Mixed Bean casserole with Sundried Tomato and fresh basil sauce.
Red lentils, haricot and kidney beans, chick peas, parsley, tarragon, thyme, vinegar, onions, garlic, olive oil, chopped tomatoes, vegetable stock, white wine, salt & pepper.
Chocolate Pot
70% dark chocolate, pasteurised egg yolks, sugar, vanilla essence, cream.
