Notice for customers who have been affected by the closure of LaplandUK on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th December due to adverse weather conditions in Kent:

Unfortunately due to the effects caused by the continued extreme weather conditions our Insurance Company is currently inundated with claims resulting in processing delays.

We apologize for this consequent delay in processing your refund but will endeavor to action all refunds as soon as possible.
