Your Day at Lapland UK

Your Lapland UK adventure begins when a special invitation bearing the wax seal of Father Christmas drops through your letterbox. Every child receives their own personalised letter from Father Christmas asking them to come and help the Elves in his toy factory this Christmas.

"Jessica, six, could barely speak as she tried to relay details of the letter to me over the phone. "Father Christmas... needs our help at the toy factory.", she gasped". The People

As guests of Father Christmas, your family has been granted a special visa to enter the secret world of the elves, and make the fantasy  journey to enchanting Lapland UK.

You will be astonished to find yourself in a snowy, arctic landscape. The sights and sounds of mystical Lapland will surround you, from Elves busily working in the toy factory to Father Christmas's reindeer.

"When the door opened and we caught our first sight of Lapland, it was a through-the-wardrobe-into-Narnia moment..." The Daily Mail

At Lapland UK, children spend their day qualifying as honorary elves, guaranteeing their place on Father Christmas's "good" list.

While at Lapland UK -

  • Serve an apprenticeship with the elves in Father Christmas's toy factory (rocking horse department)
  • Enjoy a freshly prepared and cooked hot meal (included in ticket price) in a rustic log cabin
  • Decorate gingerbread in the Gingerbread House
  • Go ice skating (real ice)
  • Meet husky dogs
  • See real reindeer
  • Send a postcard from Father Christmas's working North Pole Post Office
  • Visit the mystical Saami tented (tepee) woodland clearing

"I heard a sharp intake of breath and then watched Ciara's eyes widen as she attempted to take it all in." The Guardian

The climax to your day will, of course be your personal audience with Father Christmas, who you will meet in his snowy woodland home.

There will be no doubt in the children's minds that they are in the presence of the 'real' Father Christmas since he mysteriously knows so much about them and presents your family with beautiful gifts to treasure.

"He's the nicest looking Father Christmas I've ever seen. He has a chat with Eleanor about her likes (cars, disco dancing). Then I am taken by surprise. He hands me the classic book, The Night Before Christmas and asks me to promise him I'll read it to the girls every Christmas Eve. Tears well up in my eyes as I agree." Daily Express

Filled with awe and wonder, your family journeys home to await Christmas morning.

Happy Christmas - F.C.
