Delivery and Returns

We aim for our delivery and returns service to be as easy as possible for all our customers. 

Please note that due to the Covid-19 outbreak we are not able to offer Express delivery as our warehouse is working at a reduced capacity.

FREE shipping on UK orders over £50

Please note we are unable to ship to addresses outside the UK at this time, but we are reviewing our delivery arrangements.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it or give you a refund.  Please enclose your original delivery note with your return.  Please note you will be responsible for the return delivery costs and we are unable to refund the original delivery cost.  In order to ensure the safe return of any products we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post office and retain this proof of postage until you receive your refund.

Please Note: Refunds can take up to 5 days to process. If you have not received a refund confirmation via e-mail or if you notice the money has not be credited back into your bank account, please email elfemporium@laplanduk.co.uk and one of our Guest Services team will look into this for you.  

Refunds are made using the original payment method.
